Vortex Liquid Color offers 100 percent solid, single pigment dispersions in both a non-phthalate (DOTP) and a phthalate free (ESO) carrier system. They have been engineered to contain very high loadings of finely dispersed high quality pigments that can be used in a wide range of applications. These products are compatible with many of the polyvinyl (PVC) resin formulations and coatings on the market today.
