Plasticizer Dispersions - Plastisol Colorants
|
|
Vortex Liquid Color provides three different types of dispersions for use in the wide range of applications that can be found in the market today. They have been engineered to contain very high loadings of finely dispersed high-quality pigments to provide our customers with the best possible system for their application.
Vortex Liquid Color products are not pastes, instead they are low viscosity, pourable (typically 2000-6000 centipoise) products at room temperature, and they are totally compatible with many of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin formulations on the market today.

Pigment Dispersions in DINP (Di-iso-nonyl phthalate)
This dispersion provides good permanence, and good heat and light stability for polyvinyl chloride.

| VLC Series 94 |
|
Pigment Dispersions in DIDP (Di-iso-decyl phthalate)
This dispersion provides outstanding resistance to migration, excellent color retention and low volatility.
